Hello,
As you can see in the screenshot, I've turned off the card created notifications however I STILL GET THOSE on email and on trello. how to make it stop?
Hi Nouf,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I've just checked recent emails that Trello sent you, and I can't find anything mentioning a card creation. There are indeed notifications about cards being moved (it's expected since you have this notification turned on) and when you're mentioned on a card (this is also expected since it's a default setting and can't be turned off unless you unsubscribe from all Trello notifications).
If the issue persists, could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact and send an example of an email you received after updating your notifications settings and the link to the card you received a notification to even though you shouldn't have?
Creating a separate ticket gives us access to a few more tools to help investigate, and we can discuss information that can't be shared in the community.
We'll get to the bottom of this together!

Hi Nouf,
Thanks for clarifying that!
This type of notifications can't be turned off. Are these invitations sent in error? Do you know the person who's inviting you to boards?
Since Trello doesn't enforce any limitations on who you can invite to a board, it might happen that this customer uses your username for invites mistaking it for someone else's they know.
If you don't recognize the inviter's name, we can reach out to the user to let them know about this mistake.
