Hi,
We have a slack channel. It's linked with a Trello board alerts.
We want to remove the trello alerts. Tried to remove the integration from Trello board and also from the Slack side, but no luck.
Our Slack admin tried the same, again no luck. One of the tricky part is, there might be other slack channels in our domain which still want the alerts to be functional (from a different trello board). So while we are doing this, we don't want to disturb other slack-trello integration in our domain.
Hi,
When you say you "tried to remove" the integrations, can you describe exactly what you did, and what happened? What happened when you tried `/trello unlink` on the channel you wanted to unlink? Did you get an error message?
Great! So what happens when you try to link your Trello account?

What does the admin see when they try '/trello unlink'? The same message that you saw?

Okay. Here's something your Trello team admin can try. If they go to their Trello team's settings, see if they see a header called "Slack Team Linking", and this change button:
Through that change button they can press "unlink" to unlink the entire team.
