send email from Trello

Hola,
com puc fer que quan l'administrador creï una nova targeta, tots els membres del consell rebin un correu electrònic amb els detalls de la nova targeta?

There is no option to configure sending an email.
Only three lines appear:
1.- move the card to the top of list “List name”
2.- move the card to the top of the list
3.- archive the card

Hi @Jordi,

Please note that Trello does support sending email notifications, and this can be configured using Trello Automation.

To set this up, please try to follow the steps below:

  1. Open your board and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Automation.
  3. Click Create Automation.
  4. Configure the rule:
    Trigger: When a card is added to the board (switch to Advanced mode to be able to select “By @” and restrict this rule to a specific user).

    Action: Go to the Content tab and for the “Send an email notification to…” action, select “To every member on the board.”

    Then choose the email subject and message. To include the necessary information about the new card, feel free to use variables.

Please refer to the Atlassian documentation on Automation Variables for additional options, as well as Create email reports with automation for examples of how variables can be used.

Here is an example of an email body:
Hi,
A new card "{cardname}" has been created on the "{boardname}" board.
List: {listname}
Card link:
{cardlink}image
