Thank you for your reply, Rishabh S. So, since we are now on the standard paid plan, is there a way to recover the data that disappeared from one of the boards? (comment history). Is there an archive or something similar in your system? Because when I made this change, I wasn't aware of it and didn't receive any notification that anything from the board would be lost.

Good morning! I'm still trying to recover the entire comment history. I'll send the link to the board again where I want to recover this data. Please tell me how to share it with you so you can help me internally with this technical problem.
