"Search Cards" Feature Only Searches Title?

Hello friends.

"Search Cards" Feature (...Show Menu>Search Cards) Only Searches Title and not the contents or "back" of the card?
Is that correct?

Is there a way to truly perform a search (contents of entire card) on a specific board or list?

I know the main search box scans titles and contents but I want to be able to narrow the field to a board or list.

Any ideas?

@Mike Corbean yep the main search allows modifiers, in particular "board:"
