profile picture cannot be uploaded

Hi everybody,

I can't upload my profile picture. When I try, I always get the same error message. I insert a photo of it. Is this perhaps a bug or does someone have an idea why?

Hi @Sarah Schulze 

Have you tried uploading the photo on the mobile app? I seem to remember that I had a few problems on the computer version, but I was able to upload it on mobile without a problem. Maybe give that a try and see if you have any luck?
