Hi, I´d like to keep all my boards, while I exclude the person who set up my Trello at first (he was/is? the administrator), so that he´s unable to see or change/close any of my content. It looks as if he has already canceled his membership in this Trello which he had set up for him and me a few years ago. But how can I be sure?
I still see two silhouettes in our first board at the place where I only see a lock in my newer, "private" Trello boards. I just want to use Trello alone and with maxium safety. In the first one, all possible actions appear in light grey, so I can´t click there aywhere.
Do I need to sign up to Trello from a new mailaccount and copy all my boards by hand to the new place, before closing the old Trello, or is there any easier way to make sure that nobody else can see or change anything?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Hi @Nora Becker, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
To ensure that this user does not have access to your board, I recommend creating a new Workspace and moving the boards to it. If you are not a board admin, you can make a copy of the boards instead of moving them. If you are a board admin, you can check whether the user is a board member and remove them if necessary.
