Print formatting can be a bit tricky in Trello. While it's not the intent that the photos in a card would overlap the text, sometimes the CSS formatting for printing isn't perfect and depends on the content of a card.
Trello is primarily used as a web app, so printing isn't as highly prioritized of a feature as some of our others.
