open image in new tab - error code

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
usually, if i open an image from my board in a new tab and then share that URL with someone they can see the image just fine. ive been using this method to share images for a long time.
now, that URL only seems to last a few minutes before the link breaks and they get this error message instead:
ive tried using different browsers and get the same result.
