I’m experiencing an issue accessing my Trello account. The account was originally created with an old company email address that no longer exists. Since Trello recently started requiring email-based two-factor authentication, I can no longer log in because the verification codes are being sent to that obsolete address. I would like to update the account to my current professional email address, but I’m blocked at the login step and cannot change it myself.
Could you please advise on the process to regain access to my account and update the associated email address?

If you don't have an access to the old account, there is no possibility to change the email address.
You don't use that email anymore
You may no longer have access to the email address associated with your account. This happens sometimes when you change jobs and aren't using your work email anymore. This can also happen if you delete your email account.
For security reasons, we are not able to change the email address on your account (see below). Your best bet is to contact your former employer directly and ask if they can help you reclaim your Trello account by temporarily re-opening your old email account.
The Trello team cannot change the email address associated with your account.
