Hi i cannot login on desktop. so try to reset password but do not receive reset email. i cant log in. Pls help。

Check Spam and Filters: Atlassian emails (from noreply@mail.atlassian.com) can sometimes be flagged as spam. Please check your Spam/Junk folder and any "Promotions" or "Social" tabs if you are using Gmail.
Verify the Email Address: Double-check that there are no typos in the email you entered. Also, ensure you are using the exact same email address you originally used to sign up (e.g., name@company.com vs name@gmail.com).
Whitelist Atlassian Domains: If you are using a corporate email, your company's IT department might be blocking external automated emails. Ask them to whitelist *.atlassian.com and noreply@mail.atlassian.com.
Alternative Login Methods: If your account is linked to Google, Microsoft, or Apple, try clicking the "Continue with..." buttons on the login page instead of entering a password.
Check "https://www.google.com/search?q=id.atlassian.com": Try logging in directly at id.atlassian.com. If you still don't receive the email after several attempts, there might be a "security cooldown" and you should wait 24 hours before trying again.
