I have been using Trello as my work task board for a few years now and have never had problems receiving email notifications for my tasks. However, ever since November 2025, my team and I have no longer been receiving email notifications for things like due dates and being tagged on the board. We have all checked our notification settings and are "watching" the tasks. Any ideas on how to fix this issue are greatly appreciated!
You can test whether email notifications are going out correctly with this link: https://trello.com/test_notifications. If that's working, Trello is able to contact you via email. In some instances, Trello emails get marked as Spam or Junk and end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Marking the emails as not Spam or Junk should help. Or you might have to contact your IT/email provider to adjust the domain level spam filter
