not installing

It has now been a week that I have been trying to install Trello from the MS Store App.
I have been successfully installing my other apps, but Trello spins and does not install.
It remains stuck at getting ready ready/getting required information.

I even downloaded the installer from the web store, but when it takes me to the store, it gets stuck there again.

I tried to repair and reset the Store, but it makes no difference and other apps installed successfully.

Hey @Lorraine I just tried downloading and installing the Trello app from the MS store and didn't run into issues on my end.

Are you using a work account? Trello could potentially be blocked by your admin.

Can you try some basic app store troubleshooting steps?
