need help with app notifications

i have review settings in Trello and iOS. but is not working and I don't see the point on adding comments and cards specifications if notifications don't work

I understand that you are not receiving any email notifications on your account. I’d like to walk you through a few basic troubleshooting steps:

Info Please try the following:

  1. Ensure that email notifications are setup correctly and the frequency is set to “instantly.” You can review the settings here: Receive Trello notifications | Trello | Atlassian Support.

  2. Please verify if Trello emails are landing in your spam or junk folder.

  3. Trello does not send notification emails for activities if the card or comment section (where you are tagged) is already open in the UI. Please make sure this isn’t the case for you.

  4. Go through the troubleshooting steps outlined on this support page: Not receiving confirmation emails or password reset emails | Trello | Atlassian Support.
