keeps login me out

I keep being asked to log in and for the security code to be filled in i am not sure why this is happening it has taken me nearly 3 hours to log in

Could you please clarify

• Did it happen in the past or this is the first time you log in? 
• Which URL exactly you are trying to access (is this Trello page or any other Atlassian site)?
• Have you tried to log in on a different browser / system / network? If so what are your observations? 
• What "security code" do you have in mind? Could you please paste a screenshot? 
• By 3h you mean that you add a security code and it takes 3h to redirect you to your tool (e.g. Trello) or overall you struggle with that login problem for "3h"? ...
