iOS Trello app freezes (Please give us a moment...) when changing account

After iOS 26 update Trello app started to freeze when changing account on the app. I have tried removing the app, clearing cache, loggin out. After loggin out it logs me in to the other account, but when I re-add the account I logged out of the app freezes to the Please give us a moment. We are doing some housekeeping.

I’ve run some tests on my end using the latest version of the Trello app, and I’m able to switch accounts without being logged out of my other account. When I switch, I do see the message “Please give us a moment. We are doing some housekeeping,” but it only appears for a few seconds.

Could you please try switching accounts again?If you’re still experiencing the issue, we may need some additional details and logs so we can raise a support request for you.

Also, could you confirm if your app version is 2025.21.1?
