how to output projects by date?

I'm having the following problem. We organize our boards by year. Recently while outputting all the projects for 2022 and 2023 to put on our website. We found that there were many duplicates for some reason. Projects from 2022 showed up in 2023 and so on. We are now having to go through all the lists and figure out which project was from which year which is very time-consuming. Has this happened to anyone else on here? Any ideas about why this might be happening?

It's hard to point out what could have happened, but you can check the board activities to see if there were any actions, such as copying the cards, an automation that was triggered, or a Power-up that made any changes.
The card activity it's also helpful to find any actions done in the cards.
