group email addresses for members

hello

i have a member user on my board with a personal email address but want alerts from the board to be sent to a group email account which 2 or 3 people are on incase the main person is away from the office. When I add the group email in as an alternative email or even go to change the email and it sends the confirmation, no one receives this, is there a way around it at all?

Hi @Emma Comans have you considered setting up a Trello account with this group email address and adding this account as an individual user to your board? That may help with your notifications issue.
