One of my emplyees is no longer working here, and i cant find out how a end the member ship from her? Can you please help, its on my plan.

You can just remove her from your workspace https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-people-from-a-workspace/

And then you can reassign that license to another user, if you you choose
