facturacion trello premium

Pague trello premium (anual) y cree 2 tableros y agregue personas a los dos tableros como observadores pensando que no se cobraba por observadores, cuando me di cuenta que me salia una novedad con la facturacion elimine a los observadores para evitar ese cobro ya que pense que era gratis, solo estuvieron en el tablero como observadores 1 semana, pero me sigue apareciendo "Cuota prorrateada de Trello Premium para 5 usuario(s) adicional(es)" no tendria que pagar todo eso porque ya los elimine verdad?

  Multi-board guests | Trello | Atlassian Support (user added to more then one board in same workpspace)

• Non-billable (free of charge):
