It looks like you might have created another Trello account using "login with Apple" (which you haven't used in two years). There are no active boards in this account.

If there was a dormant account that hasn't been used for over two years, you might have received an email about its potential deletion if not accessed by a certain date. Please make sure you're logging in with the correct email linked to your active account where your boards and cards are stored. Sometimes, using an email not associated with an existing account can lead to accidentally creating a new one.
