draw.io and Trello desktop app?

I am using a Power-Up that I'm quickly falling in love with called draw.io. It works brilliantly via my Safari browser; however, on my desktop, it gives me a bit of trouble. Whenever I attempt to create or edit a file, I receive an error message (see screenshot attachment):
Page could not be loaded. Please try refreshing.
Please ensure JavaScript is enabled.
Is this because nothing that is "JavaScript" based doesn't work on the desktop? Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?
