In review of your Trello platform, it appears there is an electronic communication feature where you can send/receive electronic messages (similar to Teams/Skype), is that correct? If I want to send a message that someone's deadline has changed, or they need to make corrections to something, can I alert them via a message, or does that note simply get posted to a message board?
You can use the the comments feature in Trello to communicate in a card with another member and this will notify them...You can use @card or @board to include all members of the card or board
On top of that Trello has integrations within Slack and Microsoft Teams if you want a full chat experience linked to Trello cards and boards
is there any way to turn off the e-comm features? i ask as the compliance department for my firm needs to be able to capture all electronic communication and I doubt your system could flow through our company server.
