I have been using some standard automations for months. For example, when it put it on a list called "backburner", it automatically changes the due date to be a set number of weeks out. When I set any card on the board that doesn't have a due date it automatically sets it for the following Monday. Now, none of these automation are executing. I checked them, and they are turned on for the board. I have waited about 20 minutes. Is there sometimes some kind of long delay? Is there any way to check audit logs about when these automation are supposed to run, and if the detected anything?
Hi @Eric Lin - Trello automations may have been impacted by an AWS incident earlier today. We believe this has resolved. Can you confirm that you're no longer seeing this issue?
thanks for the background, I just tested this, and it appears that the functionality has been restored, and the timing of transactions executions is back. I checked this at that time, and Trello reported that there were not down systems. Is there any way in the future to check is there are issues with systems causing delays? Without that knowledge, it triggers a lot of testing and error checking that is a waste of time on this end. I figured it was an error here, since the systems report from trello was that all systems were a go.

Apologies for the time wasted on investigating this issue on your end. We do try to get our status page updated as soon as possible when we know customers are experiencing an issue, though we didn't get that done soon enough for you in this case. I'll pass this feedback on to our team so we can make sure we have processes in place to inform customers as soon as possible of an incident that may be impacting them.

Thanks, Andrea, and perhaps I just have to be a little patient on our end! Next time, it might make more sense to just wait a bit and see if things resolve.
The circuit on issue identification to alert can take some time, especially if users dont experience it all at once.
Thanks for providing the transparency! It's very much appreciated!
