hey, my cover images upload, but suddenly yesterday it started bugging, cover doesn't load up, it only appears only if i go to the card and press picture, then it loads. but when go back to main board the cover image is like blurry gray. as imagine its not loading. i tried everything. from restarting to reinstalling. logging in off multiple times, different internet connections

Apologies for the trouble. This was a bug due to a change on our end. We've identified the problem and applied the fix about an hour ago, so image uploads should be working normally again.

If the image loads inside the card but the board view only shows a blurry gray placeholder, I’d treat that as a cover-thumbnail rendering problem rather than the attachment itself being broken.

Since you already tried reinstalling, reconnecting, and logging in again across different connections, this sounds less like a local device issue and more like a Trello-side thumbnail/cache/CDN problem.

So if the attachment itself is intact but only the board cover preview is failing, I’d treat it as a likely UI regression rather than something you’re doing wrong.
