compatibility between TRELLO ans NVDA software

Hello,
In our company, we have visually impaired employees who use TRELLO and who also use NVDA software, which is a screen reader. However, the two programs don't seem to be compatible. Would it be possible to make the two tools compatible?

Trello is a web-based service that you use in a browser, and is certified as generating accessible web pages.  Trello is not the problem here, I think you need to ask NVDA.
