I assigned a date to each element of my checklist but they don't appear on calendar view
In case you were referring to the workspace calendar view, that one doesn't show checklist items. I've built a power-up that might be helpful for you, however!

It is working fine for me. Could you please make sure that you are looking at the Calendar View and not the Timeline View.
