Hello,
I've created a trello account for work purpose few years ago with the email of my company which at that time ended by .com.fr
Lately my company changed our email adress to use the extension .fr only and when I try to log in to my account I can't go trought the process because I don't receive the security code which is send to the previous email.
I've login with my new adress but it still doesn't work... and I really need to regain access to my trello where I have a lot of informations et memos very usefull for my work.
Thanks a lot for the support you can adress !!
Hi Yéléna, welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear about that! When you log in with the new address, Trello creates a new account associated with that email. I'm afraid support can't change or grant access on users behalf due to security reasons.
As an alternative to accessing your old account with the old email, you would need to check with IT support from your company if they can temporarily activate your old email inbox so you can get the access code. Alternatively, they can add an alias to your new email that refers to the old one, allowing emails to be redirected to your new inbox. Once you regain access, you can add your new email as the admin of your Workspaces and boards.
I'm sharing the following article as reference: Recovering your Trello account.
