card always pop-up when open

starting from mid-Dec 2025, every time I open Trello, the opening screen will be a specified card of one of my board. 
I tried to close the card and switch to another board before closing trello, and it still appear the same card when I open it. Also tried restart my notebook, log-in & log-out.

If you access Trello from a different browser, does the same issue persist? Also, have you starred that board by any chance? While starring the board shouldn’t typically cause this problem, I’m gathering more details to help narrow down the cause.

Hi Sakshi,

I always use the Trello apps on my notebook and phone, the problem only occur with Trello apps on my notebook).

I'd starred several board in my workspace, the pop-up card is one of the starred board.

To specify, I have not set "dates/times"  and not "watch" on this pop-up card. Also I have tried: (1) set date > due/expired > tick finished; and (2) watch > un-watch this pop-up card, but these not help.
