cant log into my account

Same problem as Jami Jo. 

I have had an account under the same user name for many years. Now when I try to login on my Mac desktop I am sent into a perpetual loop pushing me to open a new account. How can I get in to my boards and get some work done?

If your Trello account hasn't been used for more than 2 years, it may have been deactivated under Dormant Trello account policy.

However, If your boards had more than one member, there is still a good chance your work can be recovered! Here is how:

• Contact another member who was on the board, Ask them to follow these steps to Reopen a closed board.

• Once the board is open, they can simply invite you back using your new account email.

If you were actively using your account, do let me know, so that I can create a private request for you to get some more information and investigate further.
