cant delete my account

everytime i try to delete my acc i get this:

You can't delete your account

Your account can't be deleted because:

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.

even though i dont have any active billings except projects and goals (which are free)

even on a Free plan, account deletion can be blocked if your account is still the only admin of a workspace or organization. Some Apps are ”Sticky"

Atlassian does not allow deleting the last admin of an active workspace. In that case you need to transfer admin rights to another user or leave/delete the workspace first.

After that, the account deletion should work.
