I simply cannot google Trello.com ... comes up as site cannot be reached from PC and mobile - though both are through my wifi router and nbn satellite. It is like I am firewalled or blacklisted etc.
I wrote a long email response last night (I am in Tasmania btw) but I could not respond to your email which has a do not reply email address.
Please give me an email address so I can send again.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? This will help us better understand the issue.
Does the same issue persist when using a different browser or a private/incognito window?
Do you encounter the same error if you visit this page: https://id.atlassian.com/login?prompt=login?
Are you using a VPN connection? If so, please try turning it off and then attempting again.
When did this issue start occurring?
Could you confirm your location as well?

Tried to cut and paste the email I tried to send you but that did not work.
We have failed to have success with Trello so will now move to Lark as an alternative option.
