can somebody confirm the @trello bot for hangouts is or is not working? thanks

I have google hangouts

i have trello and login with the same google account i would like to link them on

i type in @trello on the google hangouts conversation i am having with a work college.

no 'bot' appears asking me to link trello with hangouts? am i missing something or is this feature down at the moment?

Thanks, I spoke to G Suites support and they helped me realise that the bot was for Google Chats not Google Hangouts
