board has been closed - support team help please

I have a similar problem to one of the other users in this forum.

I used to work with a board of a former colleague of mine, who's account still existed. Suddenly, the board was set on private, while other boards are still accessible. As the remaining team members are not admins of the board we cannot reopen it.

Can someone reopen it for us? The board is "Wissenssicherung" and "Jahresplan DPSG To Dos". If you need their user name, please reach out.
