blank boatds and cards

Hi,

Gry an afvise that before on thé 5th December 2025, i have to connect.

I connected but no more boards or cards on the account, it seems blank or empty?

How can I retreivef them from a saved backup files to keep my whole contents?

Then how to pour them in the accounts to test new features?

If there was a dormant account that hasn't been used for over two years, you might have received an email about its potential deletion if not accessed by a certain date. I recommend checking that you're logging in with the correct email address associated with your active account. Sometimes, an account might be created with an email and not used frequently, which can lead to confusion. Please ensure you're using the email linked to the account where your boards and cards were originally stored.

I figured out my issue so hopefully it's yours too. I noticed under activity that many many many new lists were created. I didn't do that so not sure how it happened. But I kept scrolling to the right and after about 50 lists my names lists were there. Hopefully this helps you!

Hello! Did you ever figure this out? I just logged in and one of my boards is totally blank. The other ones are fine but the one I actually need is blank! UGH
