atlassian firm not allows to delete account for no reason

As far as I can tell, Atlassian is preventing us from deleting our free account whenever we want by making up unnecessary excuses. They have no right to do this. And they’re just making excuses.

went to 
https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
pressed "delete account" button. and says you cannot delete because of rabbits are white.

Your account can't be deleted because:

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.

Hello @fables alive 

Based on the message you shared, Atlassian is not blocking the deletion without reason.

The blocker seems to be that your account is currently the last billing admin for a billing account with active entitlements/subscriptions. In that case, Atlassian prevents account deletion until another billing admin is assigned, or the related subscription/site is canceled first. 

So I would first check the billing/admin setup behind that account rather than the profile page itself.
