Hi Trello-users,
our colleague quit and still has the administrators rights of our board.
He no longer answers. How do I get the administrator rights without deleting the board?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards
Bastian
Hi Iain,
my colleague has registered via the company email address. We have reset the password. Signed us in, made me an administrator and then deleted him.
Of course, this only works if you can access the company emails.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi Bastian, please review this article - making-a-user-an-admin-of-a-board . However, I suspect you will ultimately need to reach out to Atlassian Support to assist. Once resolved, consider a policy of 2 or more admins for any shared boards.
