added trello to teams and entered the wrong email how do i delete..it won't allow me to log out

i created a new account i guess i typed it wrong now i cant delete trello from teams and add it back...when i uninstall the app and add it back it is connecting to the incorrect email and it won't let me log out

So, you added Trello to Microsoft Teams?
You should be able to remove the tab for now through Teams.
It should be easy enough to go to Teams settings, like adding an app, and remove that from Teams.

From there, I would just ignore the old email and setup a new one.
