When users try to access a public board there is a pop-up screen that is blank and cannot be cleared which results in them not being able to view the board. How do I clear this?
Hi @Tim Lupton Thanks for reporting this issue! I'm also able to reproduce this unexpected behavior. I'll pass the issue on to our engineering team so we can get it fixed as soon as possible.
@Tim Lupton I believe there is a workaround while the issue is being addressed. In my testing I noticed that if I click outside the pop up, onto the board area behind it, then the pop up closes. While this might not be intuitive, it may help as a temporary workaround. Let me know if this works for you or not.
