accès compte trello

Bonjour, 

je n'arrive plus à accéder à mes cartes trello depuis le 30/10/2025.

Un nouveau compte a été crée le 30/10/2025 avec la même adresse e-mail.

Mon compte initial a été crée en 2020.

Les tableau auxquels je n'ai plus accès sont les suivants : 

planification tâches pro
