I just installed the Trello app for Zendesk, and I am not sure if I've misunderstood its use or if not everything is working as it should. We'd like to use the integration to file bug reports to Trello directly from within ZenDesk. Here's what I do:
- I open the support ticket in ZenDesk
- Open the Apps view
- Select Trello, the correct board, list and New card
Expected result: The opportunity of entering our custom bug report text to a new card and selecting Trello label for it (Bug urgency)
Actual result: ZenDesk says "Failed to create new card", but still creates a card in the selected list. The content of the card is the end user's original email
