My board was closed, and I have no way of contacting the admin who created the board.
Can I be granted access to the board so I can back it up?

Since you cannot contact the board admin, the only workable solution is to seek direct support from Atlassian. They will verify your relationship with the board and may grant temporary access or transfer the board ownership.

Hey there @Aishwarya Rameshbabu - It might depend on certain factors/other permissions on the board, however, if you're an admin of a free Workspace, you can try using the free trial to upgrade the Workspace where the board lives. After that, you should have more options to manage boards in the Workspace. If you give this a try, let me know if it worked. Or if you run into any issues, let me know and I'll do my best to help!
