Hello Trello Support Team,
We are experiencing a critical administrative issue that prevents us from purchasing a Premium subscription for our Workspace.
The person who initially created and managed our Workspace and its boards (the original Workspace Administrator) has been removed from the Workspace members list.
Currently, all remaining users on the critical board are Board Guests only (some are Board Admins, but not Workspace Admins). Because of this:
None of the current users have access to the Billing or Workspace Administration settings.
We are unable to upgrade the Workspace to the Standard or Premium plan.
We urgently need assistance to restore administrative control over the Workspace so we can purchase the necessary subscription.
I kindly request that you perform a Workspace Administrator Transfer and assign the Administrator role to my account.
Please find the details of the affected Workspace below:
Workspace Name: McLED
Workspace URL (if known): https://trello.com/b/Eh3SShLu/mcled
My Trello Username (for new Admin role): deemike
My Email Address: deemike@seznam.cz
I am ready to provide any necessary verification (e.g., historical payment information, confirmation from other board members, or details about the removed admin) to prove that I am authorized to receive these permissions.
Hi Deemike, welcome to the community.
I'm afraid support can't grant access on the user's behalf due to security reasons. But checking the board record, I see it was closed, and you are the current board admin. As the board admin, you can reopen it and add it to another Workspace that you have.
For that, you can click on the Trello home page (the Trello icon on the upper left corner of your screen), click on Boards, scroll down to the end of the page, and click on View all closed boards button. You will see the reopen button right next to the board name.
After reopen the board to the Workspace you have, you can upgrade it.
You can also see the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/
Hope this helps!
