Workplace thats is below the 10 person limit is still charging me

Hello i created a new workplace today and added only 7 boards to it, i was planning on adding 3 more people so 4 people in total to the workplace but i keep seeing this saying i it wasn't free even though it is well below the 10 person limit

Hi @Abdulhadi Shamea. That Workspace is on a paid subscription, which is why you're seeing that message. A free Workspace cannot have more than 10 collaborators, but a paid Workspace can have fewer than 10. All members are included in the bill for a paid Workspace, regardless of how many members there are.

Trello’s Free limit is based on total Workspace collaborators, not just the number of people you plan to add right now.

That count includes Workspace members, guests on boards, and even pending invites. So a Workspace can show as over the limit even if only 4 people are active on one board.

but as you can see in the first screenshot there are no guests or any other people in a single board
