Will we get charged for guests?

We pay for Business Class and we want to set up separate boards for some clients so that they can see what's going on. How will this be charged?

Hi Chris, and welcome!

In Trello, you should be able to invite guests to boards for free, if each client corresponds to one board. Do you have a more complicated scenario where you want to set up Client Teams or something like that, or are you ok with individually inviting clients (1 client per board)?

To login to your jira instance the user will have to consume one jira-software license. 

So... yes, everyone with access to any board you set up will need to consume one of the licenses you have paid for.
