Can not get any help from anyone that works for this "company". Called every number I could find and left messages at normal business hours (like 10 to 11 am) and no one seems to be working. This isn't the account I need help with btw.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — that definitely sounds frustrating. I would suggest you to submitting a support request directly through the official support portal, as phone support is often limited or not available depending on the plan.
If you’re unable to access the correct account, you can use the “Can’t access your account?” option on the login page to raise a recovery request. That usually routes the issue to the appropriate team faster than calling.
