It has been a week that I cannot see any replies from my colleagues/team. I write a message, they reply, but I do not get a notification or see their replies at all. How do I fix this?

Are you referring to email notifications? If so, double-check your email notification preferences at https://trello.com/u/me/account. Make sure they're set to Instantly - more details on https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/.
If you're not seeing comments on Trello cards, make sure you're using a supported browser and ensure it's fully up-to-date. Try using an incognito/private browser to view cards that have comments from other people.
