Your card attachments are part of the description footer, which can only be part of one sync. If you want your attachments to be synced across a chain of cards, you have two potential ways of going about it:
1) Include the attachment link directly into the description itself (as opposed to just as an attachment) - this will be passed over to however many cards you need to sync.
2) Use custom fields instead and add the file as a link. After creating the custom field on all boards, all you need to do is map them together in your sync via your dashboard.
Here's a bit more information on how to get custom fields in Trello syncing between your boards. This solution is best if you only have one attachment that you want to sync across a chain of cards.
