On my board WARALUCK, I created the Custom Fields, such as Item name, Customer name, and Order number. I am facing the issue that these fields disappear. Please advise

Hi @Waraluck,

If you’d like to keep custom fields on your board without upgrading your plan, the Power-Up Amazing Fields can help.

Amazing Fields allows you to add up to 3 custom fields for free, which could cover fields like Item Name, Customer Name, and Order Number. These fields remain on your board and won’t disappear.

You can install it from the Trello Power-Ups directory and set everything up in just a few clicks. Read more here: https://trello.com/power-ups/60e068efb294647187bbe4f5/amazing-fields

Hi @Waraluck

I see that your product plan is listed as free. Custom field are a paid feature available on the standard and premium plans.

If in fact you are posting for a plan and still don't see the fields, reply on here.

Hi @Waraluck ,

@Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting is correct:

Custom Fields are only available on boards in Workspaces with a Standard or Premium subscription. If the board is in a free Workspace, Custom Fields won’t appear.

That said, our engineering team is currently investigating an issue affecting Custom Fields as of 9:00 AM CST, Friday Feb 13, 2026.

So if you’re logging into Trello with an account that does have access to a Standard or Premium Workspace and Custom Fields still aren’t working, please know that we’re aware of the problem and working to fix it as quickly as possible.

All the best,
