Hi @Elizabeth ! Welcome to the community :) it's expected that other people can't edit your butler commands; only the owner of the command has the ability to do this. There is the option to have admin abilities in Butler, which will allow others to view, enable/disable, and delete commands - it appears as though you can't edit someone else's command even if you're an admin.
If you want to set up your commands so that others can edit them, I'd suggest creating a shared Trello service account (e.g. a Trello admin user) and setting up your butler commands logged in as this user. For anyone that needs access to the butler rules to make changes, they can then log in to Trello using the service account to do so. This is a best practice as it means the commands won't be tied to your personal Trello user, so if you want to hand over that responsibility to someone else, or you leave the company, it's easy to pass on that ownership.
Ahhhh thank you. A little frustrating but this helps a bunch! I guess I have to re-do all the rules on my bosses board because I am leaving the company LOL

No, I don't believe so! Just make sure you add someone else as the board admin in your place.
